How to use
When washing your face, take the contents of a coin in the palm of your hand, moisten it with water to make a rich foam, cleanse every corner like a massage, and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Estimated delivery date means sum of handling time and estimated delivery date of chosen shipping. Our handling time is 1 or 2 days after your payment.
Usually, standard shipping will take up to 2~3 weeks to most countries but it can take much more time to 3~6 weeks to some countries. And express shipping can take up to 3 or 7 days to all countries.
Most orders are processed at and shipped from our warehouse in Seoul, Korea. But some orders can be processed at and shipped from our warehouse in US, UK and AU.

We accept the returns for any reason, but item must be “ Not Opened and Not Used Condition.”All returns must be sent within 14 days of receipt of your package.
Once receiving the returned item, we will contact buyers to arrange refund of merchant value. Please note that postage is NOT refundable.
If you received wrong item, please let us know. To resolve problem, we will exchange it to the proper item. (Of course, we pay its shipping cost)
If the items have returned to us under the unclaimed status, we will give you a full refund except shipping cost.
